As
with the wide-ranging selection of passenger rolling stock, the Hornby wagon
range has something for the majority of periods, regions and goods. There are
coal wagons carrying the names of private owners contracted to pit owners to
take coal from mines to merchants before Nationalisation, more sophisticated
modern ‘MGR’ (merry-go-round) wagons and the stunning new YGB Seacow wagons
released late last year. In addition, there are vehicles for carrying other
minerals and fuels, petrol, steel and furniture, to name a few.
Continuing
this year will be the release of more YGB Seacow wagons, each in a different
finish and running number. As with the 2005 releases, the Departmental, Mainline
and EWS Seacows will be available in one pristine and two weathered examples.
Also for modellers of the current scene will be a Railfreight International RBX
Ferry Van and a Network SouthEast liveried 20t Brake Van.

Hornby Wagon for 2006. The nine plank wagon is adorned in special Hornby
